Born as a lively meeting point between different cultures, Pan – Bakery, Kitchen and Wine Bar has now become a cornerstone of the Milanese neighbourhood and a sought-after gastronomic destination for design lovers visiting Milan.
This establishment stands out not only for its culinary offerings but also for its unique design, inspired by Japanese aesthetics and philosophy, which creates a suggestive and calm environment. It offers an atmosphere closely linked to Japanese zen gardens, characterized by calm and meditation. It is perfect for an immersive break away from the chaos of the city, focused on taste and quality.
Pan Milano Project
The renovation of the venue was entrusted to Studio Wok, a design and architecture studio that, since its founding in 2012, has developed projects characterized by a deep respect for the specificities of the context in which they operate.
For the project, Studio Wok chose to collaborate with Eurograte for the supply of specialized materials necessary for the realization of distinctive elements of the venue. Eurograte gratings were used for the service counter in the bakery area and for the external bench that extends along the venue’s glass windows.
Product Details
The gratings selected for this project are mould-created products, characterized by a translucent composition and a particular mint green shade specifically studied to harmoniously integrate with the venue’s interior and exterior design.
The use of this material is unconventional; in fact, Eurograte employed its gratings as both functional and decorative elements, thus contributing to defining the environment’s aesthetic.
Innovation and Sustainability for a Bakery, Kitchen and Wine Bar
This collaboration highlights Eurograte’s commitment to supporting the architecture world through innovative and sustainable solutions. The company aims to provide materials that are not only functional but also enrich the sophisticated design of modern spaces.
The choice to use Eurograte gratings within Pan – Bakery, Kitchen and Wine Bar represents a concrete example of how design and functionality can come together to create unique and memorable experiences for visitors.
