With over 45 years of history, Eurograte is the only company in Europe that produces moulded fiberglass gratings using an automated process.

Eurograte provides finished products, technical solutions, and structures for all types of environments, including corrosive ones.

1979

Giuseppe Tantardini founded Ticomm di G. Tantardini and began working as an independent consultant in the corrosion sector, collaborating on the production of tanks and fiberglass gratings.

1982

With the agreement of Chemgrate USA, he took over the management and sales activities for Europe of fiberglass gratings with production in Italy.

1985

With increasing opportunities and market demand, along with company growth, Ticomm became an increasingly reliable company.

1987

A multidisciplinary team was created, and the company was structured into four divisions: "gratings and profiles," "plastic materials", "pumping systems", and "compact skid-mounted systems construction".

1993

To support the continuity of production of moulded fiberglass gratings, Promaco S.r.l. was founded, based in Loreo (Rovigo), Italy.

1998

With a strong investment plan, Promaco abandoned the manual manufacturing system and began producing gratings with its own automated Teknotex technology.

1999

The business unit related to "plastic materials" and managed by Ticomm was sold, and the two companies Ticomm and Promaco became a single entity: Ticomm & Promaco Srl.

2000

Eurograte Caillebotis France (C.P.F. Caillebotis Polyester Français) was founded, based in Lyon, France.

2008

Eurograte Gitterroste GmbH was created in Bensheim, Germany.

2012

Eurograte strengthened its leadership in Europe with Eurograte Rejillas España in Barcelona, Spain.

2021

Giuseppe Tantardini sold the ownership of the Ticomm & Promaco Group to the Swedish group Bolagsgruppen Lotorp AB.

2024

The company name of the Italian legal entity changed from Ticomm & Promaco Srl to Eurograte Srl. Eurograte thus inaugurated a new chapter, a new era in which it preserves its entrepreneurial DNA, establishing itself as a European group in an international context.
