With over 45 years of experience, Eurograte is a European leader and a historic brand in the production, processing, and customization of composite materials gratings and profiles.

Thanks to its production facility of over 20,000 m² and the use of state-of-the-art machinery, Eurograte is the only company in Italy capable of producing monolithic fiberglass moulded gratings.

These are made through a specific production process called Teknotex, which operates under a regime of complete mechanization.

The Teknotex technology, unique in the world, is the important result of a project made possible by significant investments in research and development. With this technology, Eurograte can produce high-quality products and ensure compliance with primary European and American safety standards.

Eurograte meets very specific needs using combinations of resins and fibres, allowing the production of gratings with characteristics usually not available on the market.

Eurograte products, made according to sustainability and energy-saving standards, are produced, processed, and customized within the Loreo (RO) plant, where they are also tested.

Eurograte has set up a Test Center within its plant to constantly monitor production quality and provide practical product demonstrations.

In this regard, the role of an established manufacturer is particularly evident in the ability to verify and control product characteristics in accordance with regulations or specific customer requests. Often, the customer is present during the tests to confirm complete awareness and transparency regarding product quality.

The test centre allows for:

  • Monitoring and testing product performance
  • Measuring the quality of raw materials used
  • Comparing Eurograte quality with market alternatives
  • Initiating innovation projects where product technicality is required

Eurograte’s experience is not only reflected in the certificates obtained but can be demonstrated by the numerous supplies made worldwide over more than 45 years of activity and can be directly measured in the Test Centre.
